The Collective aims to support sex worker organizations as they confront human rights violations, stigma and discrimination, lack of or limited access to social services and health care, violence, personal safety threats, harassment, immigration, and the other numerous challenges facing Caribbean sex workers.

 Our Goals: What Do We Want To Achieve?  

·  To foster the sharing of information among sex worker advocates and health organizations in the Caribbean region

·      To promote positive behavior change by sex workers in their professional and personal sex lives

·      To educate sex workers about their physical, reproductive, and sexual health

·           To provide resources for medical, legal, and social services

·         To provide a space for sex workers to interact with colleagues and address issues of regional and international importance to the sex worker community

Our Approach: Empowerment!

The member organizations of the Collective work to motivate the sex worker community to become active and self-reliant in addressing the issues facing sex workers. The members work with other civil society agencies, national and localgovernments, donor agencies, international partners, media, and the private sector to coordinate services and provide resources.

Our members use various strategic approaches that span:
